Thought I would share a few photos of the first stages of the process that goes from picking to grinding (which I'm doing tonight after roasting this afternoon).

There is so much colour about - few shots including the maples that have gone ballistic and a very deep red.

Such vivid colors! Ours are less so here right now as the leaves turn and drift into the yard. It's fascinating to see the coffee bean process...it seems the aroma of a good strong coffee is wafting through the windows. Thank you for sharing these!
ReplyDeleteBarry, I have one coffee bush with berries - I don't think I'll be doing anything with them except enjoy the colour of them. Enjoy yours. The flowers are lovely, especially the Passion flower. Go well!
