After rain - at last

Though we have had a couple of showers of rain we have not had a good shower overnight - but last night was the exception. Though we only had 20mm it really made a difference to the walk this morning.  The valley was filled with cloud.

Everything seemed to be so much more alive. The bird talk in Treehaven Way was quite amazing. There were soft clouds and the moisture was being held by the blossoms, leaves, puddles on the road and soil.

The fire-pit water bowl is filled to overflowing and was so still - beautiful reflections.

No doubt rain overnight lifts the spirits.
