Another couple of A5 posters off the Deckled Edge Press galley press. I love using the old wood type to print these posters. We have found it is best to print posters using wood type on the bed of one of the vintage galley or cylinder presses as one can get good pressure on each row of type.
I thought that printing doing "be" and "be gentle with yourself" are good poster topics for the times.
A few process images follow.
The finished posters - waiting to dry and be embossed with the Deckled Edge Press logo. The blue colour I mixed is quite calming. It is lighter in real life.
