Celebration Giveaway

My how time flies when one is having fun creating and sharing stuff. Today is my 600th blog post - it surprised me that the number was looming when I was posting last week.

So to celebrate the fact that I have reached this milestone and am still enjoying sharing with our blog community I'm having a giveaway - in fact two giveaways.

The Daily Words set and the Seek Peace leaf pictured below are on offer. The pieces are made from recycled EPNS trays.

The giveaway will be drawn and announced on Sunday 21 April (Australia's timeline).

And what do you need to do to be in the draw? Simply leave a comment to say where you find peace; or how you find peace - e.g. walking in a forest; listing to soothing music. Peace.

  1. Peace comes to me in a number of ways - a quiet walk in the park across the road, time to sit and be quiet. And the sense of peace at the end of a productive day in the studio.

  5. I am most often at peace when I am creating something. And when I am with my family, husband, boys and grandkids, when we are all together it is a blissful peace.

  7. Congratulations on 600 posts! That's quite an accomplishment. I'm most at peace when working in the studio. Outside the studio, there's something about being near bodies of water...whether the ocean or a river...that is soothing. And then there is always the company of certain family members and friends that are a balm to my soul as well.

  8. Congratulations, B! 600 posts is a real milestone. My comment is not because I want to win your generous giveaway. I already have a Barry stash that I treasure and I'd love to see someone else starting or adding to their own Rustnstuff collection.

How do I find peace? I find it with difficulty, though now that I am wearing one of your Peace Pendants daily, I'm very much more aware of the need to think about my own peace. Bird watching affords my most peaceful times, even in my own garden, but I also love to get away into the bush, relax by a creek, sit on the verandah of an old pub, have very little plan for where I'll be the next day. And just watching the sea - that's very good for me...
