Morning light and new arrivals

On my way home from a walk I was taken by the lines and curves of the mown field adjacent to our village. Almost like a French countryside scene in Maleny. I loved how the morning light was sliding over the landscape at a low angle and just highlighting textures and elements from the side including on the tree below.

The newly installed bench seat seems to just snuggle into the garden - I'm sure G will like it.

Though most of our bushes have on ly been planted for a few months we are being rewarded with some gorgeous delicate blossoms.

There is beauty in the falling and fading blossoms.

So much natural beauty to offset some of the ugly happenings at the moment.

  3. LA, J, MC & P - thanks for your positive comments. LA, MC and P - I really liked the opening photo - I thought there was just the right level and angle of sunlight. J - hoping G will pause there from time to time - the bench is already fitting into the landscape with leaves dropping on and around it. Peace. B
