Social comments and other fragments from a few laneways

Fiona and I have been in Melbourne for work and catching up with friends and colleagues. We are home today but now playing a little catchup after our trip away - so there will be no idle creative moments in the studio-garage on this Friday.

Whilst I often think that most of the graffiti in the laneways is unsightly I guess there are times when artists and others use public spaces off to the sides as a way of getting social messages across.

    I am often amazed at the beauty and poignancy of street art (aka graffiti). These is an outstanding collection. The Snow White/Sleeping Beauty one made me laugh.
