A new year

Fiona and I continue our tradition of printing new year cards. We try to do this in the time between Christmas and new year so that we can use the cards to push folk a happy new year.

Well as you can see from the photo above and those following we did manage to get them done - and these are mine for this year. Green-blue words for calm and hope and copper numeral to add a bit of bounce and bling.

May we all have a better year in 2021. 2020 was pretty hard and tiring for many of us. 2021 won't magically be hugely different; but we can hope that things in the pandemic arena will get under control a little more and that we will be in a better place to manage how we deal with the challenges and pressures. My vision for all of us is that we may have fragments and moments of: love, hope wonder, peace, kindness, to shine and joy.

  1. Beautiful cards. Love those colours. I do hope 2021 is better than 2020.

  4. Hi MC, P, LA and F - thank you for your comments and wishes. In 2020 I was pretty bad at responding to folk - I'm going to try to up my game in 2021. I really appreciate support and comments - it keeps us connected. MC - and you shine on as well. P - totally agree may 2021 be better. LA - your comment is extremely kind - thanks. F - fragments and the ordinary and often local things are what we can hold on to. Go well. B
