Captivated by the 'super moon'

Like so many others Fiona and I were captivated by the 'super moon'. We checked it out together at about 6.30pm on the 14/11 as it rose from behind the pine trees across the road. I woke up at about 1.30am and 4.30am as it was so bright - so I went outside for another look or two; and of course a few photos.

I do love how  the features that are on the right of the moon in the early evening appear on the left by morning.

We were lucky that the sky was mainly clear.
