We are back home on the mountain after a couple of weeks of cat- house sitting in Coogee. One of the delightful features of our walks in Coogee was the rainbow lorikeets feeding on the banksia and eucalyptus blossoms. The lorikeets allowed one to get up quite close.
On my walk this morning there were lots of birds - but none up close and personal.
The blossoms after rain over night were gorgeous.
G had a couple of new orchids out.
It was grand to have the time away; but so good to be back on the mountain.
