Mainly white

This morning we woke to a dark and 'mizzly' day. I thought that walking might not be the go - but I got out between 'mizzle' showers.

As I walked out the door I was greeted by the stark white rain drenched gardenia below. 

This lead me to decided that on my walk  today I would look for other white blossoms. The opening photo and the following are evidence of the many beautiful whites there were on offer. I was surprised how so many of the blossoms virtually shone in the dull light.

And in G's orchid house white was also on show.

So gorgeous to see such whites on such a dull morning. I arrived home just as a another 'mizzle' set in.
